finlay minerals ltd. (TSXV: FYL) (OTCQB: FYMNF) (‘Finlay’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce the start of the 2025 exploration programs for its PIL and ATTY Properties within the Toodoggone Mining District of Northern British Columbia .  These programs are fully funded under the Earn-In Agreements with Freeport-McMoRan Mineral Properties Canada Inc. (‘Freeport’). Under these agreements, Freeport can earn up to an 80% interest in each property by investing $35 million in exploration expenditures and making cash payments of $4.1 million over a period of six years. ( Reference #1 ).

The exploration programs at PIL and ATTY are designed to best outline and prioritize as many targets as possible for drill testing in 2026. The 2025 programs at both PIL and ATTY will consist of the following activities with Finlay acting as Operator:

  • Detailed, property-wide ,100 metre (‘m’) line-spaced airborne magnetic surveys;
  • extensive induced polarization (‘IP’) geophysical surveys;
  • detailed geological and alteration mapping and expanded rock and soil sampling on up to 8 target areas on the PIL and up to 3 target areas on the ATTY depending on weather and conditions.

The exploration crews are anticipated to arrive on the PIL Property in the coming week and the exploration programs are expected to extend into late August.  Finlay will provide additional updates on the progress and results of the exploration programs as they become available in the coming months.

PIL Property :

Exploration on the PIL Property will focus on the western Toodoggone porphyry corridor that includes Freeport and Amarc’s newly discovered AuRORA Au-Cu porphyry system, Centerra Gold’s Kemess North and Kemess East Deposits and the former Kemess South Mine – refer to Figure 1 .  Exploration will be prioritized at and around the PIL South Target, working on the theory that the major porphyry centres occur along northeast-southwest trends within this corridor. In 2024, drilling at PIL South intercepted Cu-Au porphyry mineralization.  Other targets on the PIL Property include favorable geological, alteration, and surface geochemical environments with other porphyry indicators such as high-sulphidation systems.

ATTY Property :

Exploration work on the ATTY Property will focus on the Wrich target which is adjacent to the SWT target on the Joy Property. The SWT target hosts a >2 kilometre (‘km’) copper geochemical anomaly that is open to the south and extends onto the ATTY Property for another 1.2 km to the southeast.

    A new king reigns in TV land.

    Streaming has officially surpassed broadcast and cable as a share of total television viewing, according to Nielsen data.

    In May, streaming accounted for 44.8% of viewership, while broadcast (20.1%) and cable (24.1%) together represented 44.2% of overall people tuning in.

    ‘While many have expected this milestone to have occurred sooner, sporting events, news and new-season content have kept broadcast and cable TV surprisingly resilient,’ Brian Fuhrer, senior vice president at Nielsen, said in a video for Nielsen’s The Gauge monthly viewership report. ‘The trend, however, has been very consistent.’

    While Netflix has boasted the most overall TV use for four years straight, YouTube has now seen four straight months of TV share increase, Nielsen said. The platform, owned by Google and its parent company, Alphabet, boasted the highest share of TV consumption among all streamers in May, with a 12.5% share. Rounding out the top five were Netflix, Disney-owned platforms including ESPN and Hulu, Amazon’s Prime Video, and the Roku Channel.

    The three largest so-called free, ad-supported services, or FAST channels — Paramount’s Pluto TV, the Roku Channel and Fox’s Tubi — combined for 5.7% of total TV viewing in May, more than any individual broadcast network.

    Streaming’s overall share is likely to remain neck and neck with traditional TV viewership for some time before it eventually surpasses it permanently in the near future, Nielsen said.

    Kraft Heinz said Tuesday that it will remove FD&C artificial dyes from its products by the end of 2027, and will not launch any new products in the U.S. containing those ingredients.

    The company said in a release that about 10% of its U.S. items use FD&C colors, the synthetic additives that make many foods more visually appealing. Kraft Heinz brands that sell products with these dyes include Crystal Light, Kool-Aid, MiO, Jell-O and Jet-Puffed, according to a Kraft Heinz spokesperson.

    The company removed artificial colors, preservatives and flavors from its Kraft macaroni and cheese in 2016 and its Heinz ketchup has never used artificial dyes, according to Pedro Navio, North America president at Kraft Heinz. It is unclear how removing the dyes will affect the company’s business, as consumers could perceive the products as healthier but also may be less drawn to duller colors.

    The decision follows pressure from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Department of Health and Human Services, led by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., for the food industry to pull back on artificial dyes as part of a larger so-called Make America Healthy Again platform.

    The FDA in April announced a plan to phase out the use of petroleum-based synthetic dyes by the end of next year and replace them with natural alternatives. Besides the previously banned Red No. 3, other dyes that will be eliminated include red dye 40, yellow dye 5, yellow dye 6, blue dye 1, blue dye 2 and green dye 2, FDA Commissioner Marty Makary said at the time.

    Kennedy said at the time that the FDA and the food industry have “an understanding,” not a formal agreement, to remove artificial dyes. The Health and Human Services secretary discussed removing artificial food dyes during a meeting in March with top food executives from companies including Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo North America, General Mills, WK Kellogg, Tyson Foods, J.M. Smucker and the Consumer Brands Association, the industry’s top trade group.

    A spokesperson for Kraft Heinz said on Tuesday that the company looks forward to partnering with the administration “to provide quality, affordable, and wholesome food for all.”

    Momentum against food dyes had been building for years. In January, before President Donald Trump and Kennedy took office, the FDA announced a ban on the use of Red No. 3 dye in food and ingested drugs. The dye gives many candies and cereals their bright red color, but is also known to cause cancer in laboratory animals. The FDA allowed Red No. 3 to be used by food manufacturers for years, though the state of California had already banned the dye in 2023.

    Kraft Heinz said in the release Tuesday that it has made more than 1,000 recipe changes over the past five years to improve product nutrition.

    “The vast majority of our products use natural or no colors, and we’ve been on a journey to reduce our use of FD&C colors across the remainder of our portfolio,” Navio said. “Above all, we are focused on providing nutritious, affordable and great-tasting food for Americans and this is a privilege we don’t take lightly.”

    When you see headlines about geopolitical tensions and how the stock market sold off on the news, it can feel unsettling, especially when it comes to your hard-earned savings. But what you might not hear about in the news is what the charts are indicating.

    Look at what happened in the stock market recently. On Friday, investors were bracing for a rocky start this week, expecting geopolitical tensions to shake up the stock market. That’s not what unfolded. After Friday’s +1% dip, the U.S. indexes bounced back, starting the week off on a positive note. It just goes to show how quickly things can shift, and often, not in the way we might anticipate.

    A Closer Look at the S&P 500

    The S&P 500 ($SPX) looks like it’s back on track and attempting to move toward its all-time high. Volatility has also retreated, and oil prices, which went as high as $77.62 a barrel, have pulled back to slightly above $71.

    Think of it this way: if you took Friday’s price action out of the equation, the S&P 500 has been moving steadily by grinding out its narrow range sideways move. The uptrend in equities is still in play, despite the Middle East conflict.

    The StockCharts Market Summary page shows that the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite ($COMPQ) are trading well above their 200-day simple moving averages (SMA), while the Dow Industrials ($INDU) is struggling to remain above the benchmark. Small-cap stocks continue to struggle, which suggests that growth leadership continues to be on investors’ radars. You can see this in the sector performance panel, which shows Technology in the lead.

    Since tech stocks make up a significant portion of the S&P 500, let’s take a closer look at the daily chart.

    As mentioned earlier, not much has happened in the S&P 500 despite Friday’s selloff. The overall uptrend is still in place. The index is trading above its 21-day exponential moving average. The S&P 500 is about 1.84% away from its all-time high.

    However, even though the bias is slightly bullish, there are indications that the market’s momentum isn’t strong at the moment. Here’s why:

    • The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is faltering, indicating momentum isn’t quite there yet. Note the RSI is not moving higher with the index, meaning it’s diverging.
    • The Percentage Price Oscillator (PPO) has been relatively flat and sloping slightly downward since the end of May. This confirms the stalling momentum indicated by the RSI.
    • The 200-day SMA is above the 50-day SMA. The 50-day SMA needs to cross above the 200-day SMA to confirm the bullish bias.

    What to Watch

    Keeping the trend direction and momentum in mind, here are some levels to monitor on the chart.

    • Just below 6150: This area represents the S&P 500’s all-time high. If the index reaches this level, it will likely be met with resistance. A break above this level would elevate bullish sentiment and show upside momentum in the market.
    • Between 5950 and 6050: The S&P 500 has been moving within this range for most of the month. It almost seems as if it’s waiting for something to act as a catalyst to move it in either direction. When it happens, the RSI and PPO will indicate whether momentum is to the upside or downside.
    • The 5775 area: This level represents the March 24 to March 26 high and the May 12 and May 23 lows. A break below this level would not be bullish for the S&P 500. Note that the 200-day SMA is close to this level.

    The Bottom Line

    The stock market always has its ups and downs, and some days may feel more uncertain than others. However, by focusing on long-term trends and support or resistance levels based on past highs and lows, you can approach your investment decisions with a more objective mindset.

    Instead of reacting to news headlines, consider adding the “lines in the sand” — key support and resistance levels, trendlines, price channels — to your charts. These can be added to daily, weekly, or monthly time frames. Monitoring the market’s action at these levels can offer valuable insights and better prepare you for whatever comes your way.

    With oil prices surging and geopolitical unrest stirring in the Middle East, it’s no surprise that energy stocks are drawing renewed attention. And, quite frankly, this week didn’t have many market-moving earnings. So this week, we skate to where the puck is, or, in this case, where traders’ eyes will be focused—the Energy sector.

    In the past, we have witnessed this sector spike due to conflicts, and changes can come quickly. The following setups appear to favor continued and quick momentum to the upside.

    Energy: A Sector on the Move

    Let’s begin with the big picture: the Energy Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLE). This ETF offers a broad view of the energy landscape. Yes, 40% of this ETF consists of just two stocks — Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) and Chevron Corp. (CVX). So these two will drive the bus when it comes to price action. However, when looking at the entire sector, we see some good risk/reward setups worth monitoring.

    From early 2024, XLE has been trading in a rather wide neutral range. In April, though, the ETF broke down and fell out of that range. That was due in part to cheaper oil prices and a reaction to Liberation Day tariffs. This ended up being a classic bear trap, as price held its 200-week moving average (red circle above) and moved back into its range.

    The adage, “from false moves come fast moves in the opposite direction,” is well in play here, and given the fundamental backdrop of oil spiking due to conflict, the push higher should continue.

    From a risk/reward set-up, the ETF could climb towards the top end of its range and likely break out higher. The risk is at the bottom of the neutral range — support at $82.50 with a first stop upside target of $95. Given Friday’s close, it’s not too much of a risk/reward difference, but momentum indicators suggest the upside is achievable, possibly quickly.

    The weekly Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) is flashing a strong buy signal, while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is breaking a downtrend going back to its August 2024 peak. It has all the makings of a run to resistance and potential breakout, with conservative upside targets of $108 given the range from which the ETF is breaking out.

    Occidental Petroleum (OXY): A Buffett Favorite Reawakens

    If you’ve followed Warren Buffett’s investments, you’ll recognize Occidental Petroleum (OXY). The stock has been beaten down for quite some time, but, last week, it awoke from its slumber.

    OXY shares spiked on Friday, which puts it at a key inflection point. This price action caught our eye, since we are focusing on some good setups from a risk/reward perspective. There could be more room for the stock to run.

    OXY enters the week at its weekly downtrend, going back to its 2024 peak at $69.56. Technically, there is major resistance ahead, but it seems poised to attack those levels and has a lot to reverse, which can give investors a nice percentage gain in the meantime.

    If shares can eclipse this recent downtrend, then expect a quick run to its 200-week moving average at the $52/$53 level. This level acted as a major consolidation point for years; the once mighty support area could act as resistance and must be watched closely. However, a date with this level looks quite promising and represents a 15% gain from Friday’s close.

    If momentum continues and OXY breaks through that level, it’s smooth sailing for another 15+% upside toward the $60 area. OXY could continue to its 2022–2023 consolidation area and do so quickly.

    Baker Hughes (BKR): Is It Ready to Wake Up?

    Lastly, we turn to Baker Hughes (BKR), an oilfield services and technology company that has been a major laggard since its February peak of $48.85. Technically, it enters the week at a major inflection point.

    BKR has formed an ascending triangle, which is nearing its breaking point. That point happens to be at its longer-term downtrend and its 200-day moving average, which makes for an interesting setup.

    Downside risk could see shares fall back to their 50-day moving average and the rising short-term average that’s within this tradable formation. If BKR breaks below that level, all bets for this near-term rally are off. 

    The upside risk favors the bulls. If BKR were to break out, this would confirm a new uptrend, with upside targets 15–20% higher than Friday’s close.

    Final Thoughts

    The setups we’re seeing in the Energy sector offer a favorable balance between risk and reward. Be mindful of the downside risks and place your stops in the event the position goes against you. Remember, energy markets can shift quickly, especially when geopolitical tensions are involved.

    As western automakers reel from yet another round of Chinese export restrictions on rare earths, the urgency to create a counterweight to Beijing’s dominance over global mineral supply chains is reaching new heights.

    At the center of the conversation is a persistent and disruptive strategy: Chinese state-backed firms flood global markets with critical minerals, push prices below sustainable production levels and wipe out foreign competition.

    In response, experts like Gracelin Baskaran, director of the Critical Minerals Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, are calling for a fundamentally different playbook.

    In her view, it’s time for nations to coordinate their market power and engage in collective deterrence.

    “If countries continue to operate independently instead of collectively, China will retain its dominant position because no single nation has enough market leverage on its own,” Baskaran argues in her recent commentary.

    The scale of disruption is difficult to overstate. In just three years, global prices for core energy transition minerals have collapsed. Between May 2022 and May 2025, prices for cobalt fell nearly 60 percent. Nickel prices plunged 73 percent, while lithium prices cratered by almost 87 percent. In each case, price collapses coincided with waves of supply from China or Chinese-backed operations, forcing western producers to shut down or defer investment.

    Baskaran further explains that these price dynamics aren’t accidental.

    Chinese companies — which often receive subsidies, low-interest loans or direct state support — can afford to operate at near-zero or even negative profit margins, squeezing out foreign firms that need to show a return on capital.

    When it comes to rare earths, with 90 percent of refining under its control, China can suppress prices long enough to bankrupt competition, then raise prices once dominance is assured.

    For Baskaran, the closure of Jervois Global’s (ASX:JRV,OTC Pink:JRVMQ) cobalt mine in Idaho and BHP’s (ASX:BHP,NYSE:BHP,LSE:BHP)Nickel West project in Australia illustrate how fragile western efforts are when exposed to this kind of strategic economic pressure.

    Tariffs alone won’t cut it

    To date, responses from the US have largely focused on domestic industrial policy — subsidies, tax credits and isolated tariffs. But given the country’s relatively small share of global minerals demand — just 1.7 percent for rare earths, for example — US actions alone are unlikely to move the needle.

    “While tariffs can be an effective instrument, a single country acting alone is unlikely to make a significant difference for mineral prices given the small size of their offtake markets,” Baskaran stresses.

    Instead, she suggests that any meaningful response must involve coordinated policy across a coalition of major consuming nations. The proposed solution is a shared “anchor market” — a bloc of like-minded countries that harmonize tariffs, coordinate investment protections and implement shared procurement rules.

    If executed well, she believes this approach could flip the current dynamic, placing reciprocal pressure on China while supporting market conditions where western producers can survive.

    “A unified market of this scale would be capable of challenging China’s dominance and providing the West with meaningful strategic leverage,” she adds in her piece.

    Such a coalition is not hypothetical. The Minerals Security Partnership (MSP), an initiative involving 14 countries and the EU, already exists to foster cooperation on supply chain resilience.

    With a combined market of nearly 2.8 billion people — double the population of China — Baskaran states that the MSP represents a latent force that, if fully activated, could counterbalance Chinese leverage.

    Leverage through scale and policy

    The power of an anchor market lies in its ability to send long-term price signals and create investor certainty.

    Gradual import quotas, for instance, could mandate that a growing share of mineral inputs — starting at 10 percent and scaling to 60 percent over a decade — come from within anchor market countries.

    Baskaran explains that unlike tax incentives, which are temporary and non-binding, quotas offer a durable guarantee that demand will materialize, helping de-risk large-scale mineral investments.

    Equally important is investment protection. Chinese firms continue to buy up critical minerals assets abroad, even in a weak price environment, ensuring that they control future supply. If this trend continues, any market-based response from the west may simply enrich Chinese shareholders in the long run.

    Australia’s key role and the G7’s moment for market unity

    Baskaran highlights that, among potential partners, Australia stands out.

    With rich deposits of 31 critical minerals and advanced mining capabilities, it is essential to any serious diversification plan. Mining already contributes over 13 percent to its GDP, compared to just over 1 percent in the US.

    Silver47 Exploration Corp. (TSXV: AGA) (OTCQB: AAGAF) (‘Silver47’) and Summa Silver Corp. (TSXV: SSVR) (OTCQX: SSVRF) (‘Summa’) (together, the ‘Companies’) are pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced brokered offering (‘Offering’) of subscription receipts of Summa (the ‘Subscription Receipts’) at a price of $0.25 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $6,900,000, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

    The Offering was led by Research Capital Corporation (‘RCC’), as co-lead agent and sole bookrunner, and together with Haywood Securities Inc., as co-lead agent, on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Eventus Capital Corp. (collectively, the ‘Agents’).

    The Offering is being conducted in connection with Silver47 and Summa entering into an arm’s length definitive arrangement agreement dated May 12, 2025 (the ‘Arrangement Agreement’) for an at-market merger, pursuant to which Silver47 and Summa have agreed to combine their respective companies (the ‘Transaction’) by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement. The combined company (the ‘Combined Company’) is expected to continue under the name ‘Silver47 Exploration Corp.’

    Under the terms of the Transaction, Summa shareholders will receive 0.452 common shares of Silver47 (each whole share, a ‘Silver47 Share’) in exchange for each Summa common share (each a ‘Summa Share’) held (the ‘Exchange Ratio’).

    Each Subscription Receipt will entitle the holder, without payment of any additional consideration and without further action on the part of the holder, upon the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions (as defined herein) to receive one unit of Summa (a ‘Unit’). Each Unit will consist of one common share of Summa (a ‘Summa Share’) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a ‘Summa Warrant’). Following the completion of the Transaction, each Summa Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of Silver47 Share (a ‘Warrant Share’) at a post-Exchange Ratio adjustment exercise price of $0.7964 per Warrant Share until the date that is 24 months following the satisfaction or waiver of the Escrow Release Conditions (defined herein).

    The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund advancement of the Combined Company’s silver project portfolio in the United States, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

    The gross proceeds of the Offering, less the Agents’ expenses, 50% of the cash commission and 50% of an advisory fee payable by Summa to RCC will be deposited and held by Odyssey Trust Company (the ‘Escrow Agent’) in an interest bearing account (the ‘Escrowed Funds’) pursuant to the terms of a subscription receipt agreement entered into on the date hereof among Summa and RCC, and the Escrow Agent. The Escrowed Funds (less 50% of the remaining cash commission, 50% of the remaining advisory fee and any remaining costs and expenses of the Agents) will be released from escrow to the Combined Company, as applicable, upon satisfaction of the following conditions (collectively, the ‘Escrow Release Conditions’) by September 15, 2025 or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing between Summa, Silver47, and RCC (the ‘Escrow Release Deadline’), including:

    (A) the completion, satisfaction or waiver of all conditions precedent to the Transaction in accordance with the Arrangement Agreement, to the satisfaction of RCC;

    (B) the receipt of all required shareholder and regulatory approvals, including, without limitation, the conditional approval of the Exchange for the Transaction;

    (C) the securities of the Silver47 or the Combined Company issued in exchange for the securities of Summa not being subject to any statutory or other hold period in Canada;

    (D) the representations and warranties of Summa and Silver47 contained in the agency agreement to be entered into in connection with the Offering being true and accurate in all material respects, as if made on and as of the escrow release date; and

    (E) Summa, Silver47 and RCC having delivered a joint notice and direction to the Escrow Agent, confirming that the conditions set forth in (A) to (D) above have been met or waived.

    If (i) the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions does not occur on or prior by September 15, 2025, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing between Summa, Silver47, and RCC or (ii) Summa has advised RCC and/or the public that it does not intend to proceed with the Transaction (in each case, the earliest of such times being the ‘Termination Time’), then all of the issued and outstanding Subscription Receipts shall be cancelled and the Escrowed Funds shall be used to pay holders of Subscription Receipts an amount equal to the issue price of the Subscription Receipts held by them (plus an amount equal to a pro rata share of any interest or other income earned thereon). If the Escrowed Funds are not sufficient to satisfy the aggregate purchase price paid for the then issued and outstanding Subscription Receipts (plus an amount equal to a pro rata share of the interest earned thereon), it shall be Summa’s sole responsibility and liability to contribute such amounts as are necessary to satisfy any such shortfall.

    In connection with the Offering, Summa paid to the Agents a cash commission of 369,150 and issued to the Agents 1,476,000 broker warrants (the ‘Broker Warrants’). In addition, the Agents received an advisory fee of $37,000 plus tax and 148,000 advisory broker warrants on the same terms as the Broker Warrants. Each Broker Warrant entitles the holder to acquire following closing of the Transaction one Silver47 Share at a post-Exchange ratio adjustment exercise price of $0.5531 per Silver47 Share for a period of 24 months following the waiver of the Escrow Release Conditions.

    About Gold Mountain

    The Gold Mountain Project is comprised of 34 unpatented lode mining claims spanning approximately 284 hectares in the historically prolific Battle Mountain mining district of Lander County, Nevada. Centered on the Eocene-aged Gold Mountain stock, the project lies near the past-producing Dewitt Mine and features structurally-controlled oxidized sulfide bodies and porphyry-style mineralization. Historic exploration has been conducted by operators including Oro Nevada, Gold Ventures Inc., and Placer Dome, with significant past intercepts including 10.67 metres at 0.99 g/t Au. More recent work by the Vendor in 2023 and 2024 included detailed geologic mapping, collection of 116 rock samples, and submission of a Notice of Intent to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), which was approved for drilling activity.

    The Gold Mountain Project presents compelling upside potential with both high-grade structurally controlled Au-Ag-Pb mineralization and evidence of porphyry-style mineralization within and around the Gold Mountain intrusive. The property is accessible via well-developed infrastructure near the town of Battle Mountain and benefits from proximity to major mining operations within the region.     Transaction Summary

    Under the terms of the LOI, Element79 Gold intends to acquire all rights, title, and interest in and to the Gold Mountain Project, comprising 34 unpatented mining claims, along with all related data, permits, and equipment.

    As consideration for the acquisition, Element79 Gold will issue 100,000,000 common shares to the Vendor at a deemed price per share equal to the lesser of:

    • C$0.02, or

    The Company has confirmed through its due diligence that this transaction will not create a new Significant Shareholder or Control Person per the definitions found in National Instrument 55-104. Hold Periods for the new shareholders created through this transaction are being negotiated and will be agreed upon in the forthcoming Definitive Agreement as part of the completion of this transaction.

    There are no commissions payable for arranging this transaction.

    Conditions Precedent

    The completion of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, including but not limited to:

    • Completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Company;
    • Execution of a definitive asset purchase agreement;
    • Receipt of all required regulatory and corporate approvals; and
    • Closing is targeted to occur on or around June 30, 2025, subject to holidays and standard processing times in Nevada and Canada.

    Exclusivity and Confidentiality

    The Vendor has agreed to a 180-day exclusivity period during which it will not negotiate or solicit offers from third parties concerning the Gold Mountain Project. Both parties have also agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the proposed transaction, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

    Strategic Rationale

    Sale of Non-Core Elder Creek Claims

    The Company has entered into a settlement agreement with a third party, NQ Holdings Inc., to fully and finally resolve a dispute related to overlapping mining claims in Lander County, Nevada. As part of the terms, the Company has agreed to transfer and abandon its interest in the EC01 to EC23 unpatented mining claims, known collectively as the “Elder Creek Claims.” In consideration, Element79 received a cash payment of USD $14,000 from NQ Holdings Inc.

    The Elder Creek Claims, located adjacent to the Last 7 to Last 39 claims held by NQ Holdings, were deemed to no longer hold strategic value for the Company. The transaction allows Element79 to resolve the matter amicably without further legal proceedings and to maintain its focus on higher-priority assets within its Nevada portfolio and its Lucero project in Peru.
